Rick Rayment
Principal
Rick has been involved in the Financial Services Industry since completing his Economics Degree qualification in 1990.
Rick established Journey Financial Group Pty Ltd (previously Rayment Financial Services) in 1991 as a Sole Advisory Practice.
Rikarli has been working in the Financial Services Industry since 2013. She completed her Bachelor of Business and Commerce Degree with the University of Southern Queensland in 2018 and during this time, she was recognised for her outstanding academic achievements and invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Since then, he has built up a considerable client base offering specialised services in Superannuation and Retirement Planning, Tax Effective Investments and Wealth Creation, Risk Management and Business Planning.
Although Journey Financial Group is based in Townsville, North Queensland, the business has been able to expand through the improvements in technology to assist individuals and small business throughout Australia.
Journey Financial Group prides themselves in not only assisting their existing valued client relationships but also looks to develop their employees to grow as individuals for career pathways.
She also holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking). She continues to looks for ways to further her knowledge within the industry.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from James Cook University and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), among many other recognised qualifications. He is always looking to improve his skills and education with ongoing education a priority.
Although the majority of Rick's working career has been in the Financial Services Industry, whilst completing his Degree, he worked in the Hospitality Services Industry in various roles and ran a Martial Arts School providing self-defence training and personal growth development skills. He is also a former Rugby League player and supporter of the North Queensland Cowboys.
Rikarli was born in Townsville, however, she relocated to Brisbane in 2018 and enjoys servicing the client base both digitally and in person, working with clients all over Australia.
Harry joined the JFG team in October 2023 as our Junior Advice Associate.
He completed his studies locally in Townsville, graduating from James Cook University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Commerce, and a double major in Accounting and Financial Advising.

Harry has previous experience working in the Finance Industry as a Bookkeeper for local businesses, which taught him a deep understanding of the intricacies of entrepreneurship to his role as a Financial Adviser.
Having also been immersed in the dynamics of a family business, he appreciates the value of hard work, dedication, and the importance of nurturing lasting relationships.
With a love for sports, particularly the Parramatta Eels, Harry knows the value of teamwork and strategy both on and off the field.
Beyond the realm of finance, he cherishes moments spent with family, friends and his dogs. Harry also finds joy in travelling and exploring new destinations, enriching his life with diverse experiences.
Jaemarie (Jae) has been working in the Financial Services Industry since 2012. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Her bright and bubbly personality is hard to miss, as are her puns and wordplay. When she is not at work helping clients kick goals, Jae has a varied and eclectic mix of hobbies and interests that keep her very busy.
Jae was born in North Queensland, however, she relocated to South East Queensland in 2017 and assists the client base behind the scenes and on the screens digitally, working with clients all over Australia.
